We possess complete in-house capabilities from mould design
by CAD/CAM and Mould Flow Simulation System, fabrication
of toolings, material design and evaluation,
finite-element analysis, to the final
moulding of parts by the latest state of the art injection
moulding machines. Emphasis is on building quality
into design and getting all initial activities right
before final mass production.
Working in close cooperation with the customers, all
requirements are ascertained before the development work
begin. Our experienced engineers carry out their tasks
using 3D/CAM and Abaqus CAE to optimize all aspects of the
design. Prototypes or off-tool samples are produced,
scrutinized closely in all quality aspects and process
capabilities to ensure reproducible quality during
production. Jebco has maintained its responsiveness
and adaptability to individual customers needs and
requirements.
